Cancellation/Refund Policies

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and certain perishable goods cannot be returned.

Refund Policy
